    VAP 214 – STEAM AND CONDENSATE RETURN LINE FOR BOILER TREATMENT

     

    VAP 214 is an all organic aqueous solution of a volatile neutralizing amine with a large distribution rate steam/water, working as corrosion inhibitors for steam generator system (steam/condensate return pipelines). Vap 214 has a very effective CO2 neutralizing action along the pipelines of the entire plant.

    Dosage
    Sufficient quantity of VAP 214 should be used to keep the condensate pH between 8.5 and 9.0. Our Technical Service will recommend the optimal dosage for your system. Vap 214 can be fed as it is or diluted in the feed water line, into the deareator tank or in boiler system, using a standard dosing pump.
